This article is about the character, the Kindress. For her mate, see the Kindred. For the
Season Two episode, see "The Kindred".

The Kindress is the Kindred's intended bride, made by Benjamin Franklin, the Kindress' purpose was to be the Kindred's companion. Just like the Kindred, the Kindress is made of sewn-together dead body parts, though who those body parts are from is unknown, though it is implied that these parts came from women that were capable of self-defense. The Kindress does not contain a body part of the Horsemen of Death, but was raised by Ichabod and Abbie the same way they raised the Kindred. The Kindress' weapon of choice is a flail.

She and the Kindred were destroyed by the Hidden One for the Kindred's unwillingness to join and serve him.
